HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED?
HOW DO I PROPERLY WASH MY DEEP WAVE/CURLY EXTENSIONS?
Standard processing for bundles, closures and frontals is 1-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Standard processing for closure wigs are 4-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Standard processing for Lace Frontal Wigs are 1-3 business days (not including weeks or holidays). Standard processing for Full Lace Wigs are 2 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
After your order has been processed a tracking number will be sent via email (please provide an accurate email during the order process). Allow 24hours or more for tracking information to update. Your order will deliver in 1 to 2 business days.
WHAT DO I WASH MY SOFT WAVE, STRAIGHT OR BODY WAVE EXTENSIONS WITH?
Wash extensions with Silicon Mix products (shampoo hidratante)
12" to 14" - 2 bundles
16" to 20" - 3 bundles
22" and up - 4 bundles

13"*6 Frontal 20" and up - 3 bundles
CAN I COLOR MY EXTENSIONS?
1. Before washing, brush your extensions out with a paddle brush OR comb through it with a wide tooth comb.
2. You can now begin to wash. Wash extensions with (Curls Unleashed Shampoo by ORS). As you're washing you DO NOT massage extensions. Gently guide your fingers through it as if you're detangling it.
3. Comb through hair with a wide tooth comb while shampoo is in the hair. DO the same with the conditioner (Curls Unleashed Leave-In Conditioning Creme by ORS).
4. Rinse hair
5. Let hair air dry
Lux Hair Kouture is 100% human hair, so yes you can! Please allow a professional to color your hair if you need assistance!
